Hong Kong

Coface Hong Kong Branch was set up as a representative office in Hong Kong in 1996 and became a branch office in 1999 . Coface Hong Kong Branch provide credit insurance and related services. It is the headquarters of Coface in the Greater China region.

Established in 1982, Coface Greater China Services Limited became a member of Coface in 2000 . Coface Greater China Services Limited is the first business information agency in Hong Kong obtained the ISO9001:2000 quality certification on all its operation. Coface Greater China Services Limited serves as the service platform of business credit information and commercial collection the region.

With the launch of receivables financing services in 2007, Coface Greater China Finance Limited serves as a hub of providing factoring services for clients in the Greater China region .

Kompass Hong Kong was established in 2004 to develop Kompass marketing information services.

Mainland China

Coface (Shanghai) Information Services Co Limited was established in Shanghai in 2001 to provide credit management services for local companies.

In 2003, Coface Credit Insurance Company (Beijing Representative Office) was set up and supported Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China Limited to launch the first short term domestic trade credit insurance in Mainland China, protecting enterprises in Mainland China against the risk of non-payment. Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China Limited is a member of Coface’s CreditAlliance network in China.

Kompass China International Services Company Limited is Coface’s joint venture company providing Kompass marketing information services in Mainland China .

Taiwan

Coface expanded its direct presence in Taiwan in 2001 with the opening of a local service company Coface Service (Taiwan) Limited. Coface Taiwan promotes Coface’s credit insurance and credit management services for local companies.

Coface Credit Insurance Company - Taipei Liaison Office is created in 2007 to further develop the credit insurance market in Taiwan.

Fubon Insurance Company Limited and China Credit Information Service Limited are members of Coface’s CreditAlliance network in Taiwan.
